Adjustment FAQ

We all like instant results, but the human body does not work that way. It can take time and opportunity to heal itself if you give your muscles room for repair by making only one adjustment every few weeks or months at first so they have enough nutrients available in order to recover fully from whatever injuries have been causing them pain over an extended period without getting worse before then improving slowly bit-by-bit day after a long hard working week spent healing themselves little by little each individual cell deep inside out where no amount money could buy new cells should we ever need more than what nature provides within us already.

As your body heals, the important thing is that adjustments hold. I often use the phrase "the adjustment holds" which means joints stay in their correct positions and there are three reasons why an alignment may not do this right away: Your muscles/ligaments get weak causing them to lose strength over time or perhaps you're just getting older - everything has its limitations! Lastly, nerves can resist change so even if something feels better it's going to take longer before all sensations return ultimately because our brains remember how things used to be.

Do you feel like your body is not responding to the adjustments? In this case, it may take some time before changes are seen. However, don't worry! We'll give strategies for easing any discomfort that goes along with being sick or injured and will help get back on track towards feeling good again as soon as possible.”
